Price List & Options

Exciting times on the farm! We've just completed a gorgeous outdoor area for the Bride to hang out with her posse sipping on mimosas and watching the wedding action unseen. We also doubled the lounging space to accommodate those big beautiful dresses! Check out our options and choose the package that fits your pocketbook and your needs best. 

We have two different packages suitable for 20 to 175 guests! With over 12 hours on your wedding day, there is plenty of time to decorate AND enjoy the great outdoors.  The best way to decide whether our little slice o' heaven suits your personal vision for your special day is to come for a visit.  Call or email to make an appointment.  We'd love to show you around!

 

Poplar Package

$4,495.

 

  • Outdoor Chapel, Pavilion & Lakeside

  • Stone Fireplace, weather walls, & propane heaters (propane extra)

  • 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. day of wedding

  • Fishing permitted

  • Front porch swing firepit

  • Lighted decks & dock 

  • Grill usage (propane extra)

  • Set up/clean up, toilets & washing station

  • Willow Creek Site Liaison

  • Parking, Golf Cart or RTV transport

  • Electricity & lighting on dock, on dance floor, at outdoor chapel and in Pavilion

  • Trash receptacles & removal

  • Conversation Lounges overlooking dance floor 

  • Lighted dance floor

  • Bride's changing areas with bathroom, lounge area, and outdoor seating area

  • "The Shack" - The Groom's Building for dressing w/ electricity and a passthrough bar and covered porch

  • Tables & chairs for Pavilion (any extras will need to be rented by wedding couple)

  • White Chairs for Ceremony

  • Catering Prep Area with electricity

  • Love Lock for bridge or deck 

  • Covered DJ on dance platform

  • One day event w/3 hour rehearsal time the day before

  • Access to a la carte items for the reception and/or wedding ceremony at no extra charge (galvanized tubs, chandeliers, ribbon wall, tables, etc.)

THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR BONFIRES, FIREPITS, AND PROPANE OF $30 EACH. 

 

WE PROVIDE TWO REGULAR TOILETS FOR EITHER PACKAGE. ADA (the difference between a regular or ADA will be covered by us) OR EXTRA TOILETS WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE RENTER. 

 

Willow Package

  • Parking area with tractor drawn wagon ride with cushions to ceremony & back to reception area

  • "The Shack" for the Groomsmen with pass through bar, electricity, covered porch and dressing area.
